Choosing the right doula is an important decision, and we’re here to support you every step of the way! That’s why we offer a free 60-minute consultation. During the consultation, we’ll chat about your hopes, any concerns you may have, what services I provide, how I can best support you, and the different packages we offer.
Prenatal Package
Includes a free consultation, unlimited texts and calls during working hours (8am–8pm, Monday–Sunday, unless an emergency), and the flexibility to choose 2–6 prenatal visits (45–120 minutes) to support you and your baby as you grow together.

House helper package
Loving care and practical support for your home and growing family.
When you’re welcoming a new baby and navigating the busyness of family life, our House Helper Services are here to provide the extra hands and the peace of mind you need. These services include a free consultation, visits up to two months after birth, and 1-3 helper visits per week that are scheduled according to your family’s needs and preferences between the hours of 8am-4pm Mon-Fri

The House Helper Service is not doula care, postpartum doula care, or medical support. It is a separate offering designed to assist families as they adjust to life with a new baby by providing practical, gentle non-medical care with day-to-day tasks and childcare during this beautiful and busy season. As a house helper I also can aid as someone to talk. Although after birth can be a wonderful transition it can tend to be emotional and difficult, and as a house helper I can lend a listening ear.
- Practical Household support
Light housework; doing dishes, tidying up, and preparing snacks
Infant and child care (feeding, changing and nap time routines)

Providing a calm, supportive presence so you can rest, recharge, or focus

For 1 house helper visit per week there is a fixed rate of $450 per month/$112 per week
For 2 house helper visits per week there is a fixed rate of $720 per month/$90 per week
For 3 house helper visits per week there is a fixed rate of $990 per month/$82 per week
Birth Package
Includes a free consultation, unlimited texts/calls with me from 8am-8pm Mon-Sun unless emergency, on-call period starting at 30 weeks, unconditional emotional, physical, support and comfort during birth, and 1 - 120 minute max postpartum appointment.

Includes a free consultation, unlimited text/calls from 8am-8pm Mon-Sun unless emergency throughout entire pregnancy, 2-6 (45-120 minute) prenatal appointments, 1 - 120 max minute postpartum appointment, 2 house helper visits between the hours of 8am-4pm Mon-Fri, on-call period starting at 30 weeks, and unconditional physical support and comfort during birth!
This total care package includes all of prenatal, (1) postpartum, birth, and house helper.
Pricing ranges from $1,200-$1,400 depending on the number of prenatal appointments

Virtual Birth
Our virtual birth package offers the same comprehensive care and guidance as our in-person birth package, with the added flexibility and convenience of virtual support. Ideal for families navigating emergency situations or those who prefer a more private birthing environment, this package ensures you still receive unwavering, real-time doula support — wherever you are.
Through video conferencing and phone support, we provide continuous emotional encouragement, evidence-based information, and expert guidance to help you feel confident and connected throughout your labor and birth experience.
