Billing & payment arrangements

We understand that managing payments can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is why at Womb & Heritage, we strive to make the payment process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We are pleased to accept a wide range of payment options which include via Visa, credit card, debit card, cash, Zelle, cash app, or check.

If you're unable to pay the full amount upfront, don't worry—we offer flexible payment plans personally. We're here to support you every step of the way! As of now we are not currently accepting payments through secure third-party services or insurance providers, such as Medicaid, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealthcare, AmBetter, HSA, FSA, and Military insurance but we are working actively on accepting those insurances.

Please note: The only package that does not qualify for insurance or payment plans is the house helper package. This package must be paid for in cash or Zelle, PayPal, or cash app.

Prenatal package:
choose 2-6 (45- 120 minute) prenatal appointments. Price ranges from $650-$850
Package A:
half due at contract signing and the other half due at the third appointment
Package B:
25% due at the contract signing and remaining due after each appointment

Birth package:
$375 due at contract signing and the other $375 due at 36 weeks

Total Care Package:
This package includes 2–6 prenatal appointments (45–120 minutes each), continuous labor support, 1 postpartum appointment, and 2 house helper visits, Payment is divided into four installments: 25% due at contract signing, 25% due halfway through your prenatal care, 25% due at 36 weeks, and 25% due at your postpartum visit. Prices range from $1,200–$1,400, depending on the number of prenatal visits you choose
