Billing & payment arrangements
We understand that managing payments can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is why at Womb & Heritage, we strive to make the payment process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We are pleased to accept a wide range of payment options which include via Visa, credit card, debit card, cash, Zelle, cash app, or check.
If you're unable to pay the full amount upfront, don't worry—we offer flexible payment plans personally. We're here to support you every step of the way! As of now we are not currently accepting payments through secure third-party services or insurance providers, such as Medicaid, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealthcare, AmBetter, HSA, FSA, and Military insurance but we are working actively on accepting those insurances.
Please note that the only package that does not qualify for insurance or payment plans is the house helper package. This package must be paid for in cash or Zelle, PayPal, or cash app.
Prenatal package:
Option 1:
6 - 60 minute appointments
Package A:
$325 due at contract signing and the other $325 due at the third appointment
Package B:
$216 due at the contract signing and $108 due after each appointment
Prenatal package:
Option 2:
12- 60 minute appointments
Package A:
$425 due at contract signing and the other $425 due at the sixth appointment
Package B:
$140 due at the contract signing and $70 due after each appointment
Birth package:
$375 due at contract signing and the other $375 due at 36 weeks
Total Care Package:
Option 1:
6-60 minute prenatal appointments, continuous labor support, 2 house helper visits, and more
$300 due at contract signing, $300 at the third prenatal, $300 at 36 weeks, and $300 due at the postpartum appointment
Total Care Package:
Option 2:
12-60 minute prenatal appointments, continuous labor support, 2 house helper visits, and more
$350 due at contract signing, $350 at the third prenatal, $350 at 36 weeks, and $350 due at the postpartum appointment
House Helper Package:
Option 1:
1 visit per week, fixed rate of $450
Package A:
Pay in full at the start of the service
Package B:
$224 due at the signing
$112 due weekly thereafter
House Helper Package:

2 visits per week, fixed rate of $720
Package A:
Pay in full at the start of the service
Package B:
$180 due at the signing
